VentorTech (official Odoo partner) is looking for a Odoo Team Lead to join our growing team.

Needed:
• Deep Knowledge of Odoo and Python.
• More than a year of experience in Team Lead or close role.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relational databases used within Odoo, including SQL and data normalization practices.
• Knowledge of IT project management basics, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing task completion, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of ERP system principles, core modules, and their interconnections, with specific expertise in Odoo’s modules and customization capabilities.
• Hands-on experience integrating Odoo with external systems and services via API, including a solid grasp of REST and SOAP services.

Optional (but advantageous):
• Knowledge of other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS for effective frontend customization in Odoo.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing codebases.
• Understanding of software quality management, including testing methods and defect management, is an advantage.
