We’re a global tech leader creating innovative apps at the intersection of dating, social, and entertainment, with 70+ platforms powered by AI and video streaming.

Your Role:
Oversee employee records and HR systems across our international team.
Manage onboarding, HR changes, and contract renewals.
Lead automation projects and optimize HR processes.
What We Need:
Excel expert (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a must; macros a plus).
Experience with international HR records (Europe, CIS, USA).
Fluent in English (B2+), native Russian.
Familiarity with 1C software and EU labor laws will be a huge advantage
Experience in HR project management focused on automation/optimization.
