🔎 We're a Headshot recruiting agency and our client, a leading private equity firm, is looking for a skilled Lawyer to join their team. This role involves providing legal support for various investment transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, and corporate restructurings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with investment directors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and facilitate smooth deal execution.

✍🏼 Responsibilities:
• Structure and support investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage corporate reorganizations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.

✍🏼 Requirements:
• Experience in structuring cross-border transactions
• Experience in preparing Letter of Intent (LOl), Term sheet (TS), Shareholders agreement (SHA)
• Holds a degree in Law, preferably with an LLM from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within international law firms, private equity, or venture capital funds.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate law and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian / Greek or other additional languages is advantageous.
