Creators Acquisition Manager π Location: remote

π£ As a Creators Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented creators and studios to our platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing funnels to attract high-quality content creators who align with the platformβs values and target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with creators.

Responsibilities:β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive funnel for acquiring new creators that aligns with the platformβs goals and objectives;
β’ Identify key target segments and niches for creator acquisition;
β’ Actively reach out to potential creators through various channels, including social media, similar platforms, and online communities;
β’ Engage with creators to understand their needs, showcase the platformβs value proposition, and build strong relationships;
β’ Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities for creator acquisition;
β’ Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements with key creators;
β’ Guide newly acquired creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform;
β’ Provide ongoing support to creators, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between creators and internal teams;
β’ Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, assess the performance of acquired creators, and optimize acquisition strategies;
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities that highlight the benefits of joining the platform for creators.

Requirements:β’ Fluent Russian and English;
β’ Experience in the adult segment;
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or creator acquisition, preferably in a similar industry;
β’ Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding high-profile creators;
β’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders;
β’ Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to the platform;
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions;
β’ Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse and high-quality creators;
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for creators.
