Position: Lawyer
Format: relocation to Cyprus after 3-5 months
Employment: Full-time
Sphere: iGaming (gambling, betting)

What do you have:

A higher legal education.
Working experience with iGaming;
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
A strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and focus on results.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.


What will you do:

Analyzing and drafting contracts, including agreements with payment service providers.
Managing the signing of contracts by company directors.
Preparing and conducting comprehensive due diligence checks, completing forms for payment service providers (PSPs) during onboarding.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base of legal entities in the department's reference resources.
Handling requests from the finance department.
Providing legal support for opening bank accounts, undergoing DD procedures in banks, and working with payment systems.
Keeping track of tasks assigned by the accounting and finance departments and distributing them among subordinate lawyers.
Assisting in the performance of any other special duties to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.
