We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Middle Full Cycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media channels, writing engaging articles, coordinating with the creative team for design needs, and assisting with conference preparations.

✍🏼 Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
• Write compelling and informative articles and blog posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing conferences and other company events.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.

✍🏼 Requirements:
• Knowledge of the Russian language
• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published articles or blog posts.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
