πPosition: Office Manager
πResponsibilities:
- Manage office operations: procurement of supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Communicate with courier services.
- Organize business travel: visas, tickets, hotels, and transportation.
- Coordinate corporate events and team-building activities, including liaising with vendors.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by management, compile data in spreadsheets, and provide analytics.
πRequirements:
- Experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Personal Assistant).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Conversational English is required; Greek language skills are a plus.
