πAs HR BP you'll be responsible for 2 international business units.
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with leaders to build strong teams and align HR strategies with business goals
β’ Lead hiring and onboarding to ensure employees integrate and contribute effectively
β’ Assess team needs, create training programs, and support career growth
β’ Implement evaluation frameworks and foster a culture of continuous feedback
β’ Analyze HR data (retention, churn, eNPS, time-to-hire) to improve efficiency
β’ Enhance motivation, retention, and team cohesion in a remote-first environment
β’ Support smooth adaptation to new processes, structures, and technologies
β’ Promote collaboration, mediate disputes, and facilitate healthy communication
β’ Design competitive and fair salary and benefits packages
β’ Track labor market trends to attract and retain top talent
π― What we expect:
β’ Experience as a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role with at least 1-2 years in iGaming industry
β’ Successful track records in a growing start up or well-established business are equally welcome
β’ Strong knowledge of remote team management and matrix organizational structure will be a plus
β’ Readiness to be a stand-alone HR manager
β’ Deep understanding of best practices in people management
β’ **Fluency in English and native in Russian is a must
