👨‍💻Position: Advertising Manager

🔮 Key Responsibilities:
• Actively hunting for new advertisers.
• Communicating with advertisers to maintain and build strong relationships.
• Preventing performance drops and analyzing growth opportunities.
• Integrating new products (S2S Postback) and setting up advertiser accounts on the platform.
• Verifying metrics and reporting.
• Optimizing current advertising streams for better performance.
• Analyzing the market and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
• Over 1 year of experience in the CPA industry.
• Experience with verticals like mobile apps, e-commerce, dating, gaming, and software.
• Understanding of traffic arbitrage and CPA market dynamics.
• Knowledge of formats such as Push-notifications, Popunder/Clickunder.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Docs and a strong ability to work meticulously with numbers.
• Proficiency in Russian and business English (B2 level or higher)

📌 Important: After bringing in a new advertiser, the manager will handle the account for about a month, setting up postbacks and managing the account until the first payment is received before passing it on.
