**Java Team Lead position at FxPro

Our expectations**
- 3+ years of experience in a team/tech lead role
- Expertise in Java programming, including multithreading, data structures, and performance optimizations
- Proven experience in designing and developing low-latency, high-load distributed systems
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures for optimizing trading strategies.
- Experience in retail trading platforms is **highly desirable
