The Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal support and guidance for all investment activities and deal-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal expertise and advice during the structuring, negotiating, and executing of investment transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as term sheets, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.
- Lead and coordinate the legal due diligence process, identifying potential legal risks and issues, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
- Advise on the implications of regulatory changes and developments affecting the investment and financial sectors.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with potential investments and propose strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
- Work closely with the investment team, finance, compliance, and other departments to align legal strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate law experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or investment transactions.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements.
-Strong knowledge of securities laws, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
- Fluent English
