Mercuryo is looking for Senior Product Designer
Mercuryo is an international company that creates a new generation of financial services for the business sector.
At Mercuryo, we're at the forefront of enhancing decentralized finance (DeFi) with innovative payment use cases. Our goal is to redefine the finance experience, making sure everyone can easily access both web3 and traditional financial services.
Your Role
— This product designer role is a mix of creative vision, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of both the fintech and crypto landscapes. Your mission will be to design intuitive and impactful user-centered interfaces that power our market presence, drive user engagement, and support the expansion and optimization of our product offerings;
— Deeply understand crypto and fintech usersʼ needs through research (user surveys or interviews) and insights, translating them into compelling design interfaces.
— Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer CPO to align design strategies and priorities with business goals;
— Maintain and improve the existing design system;
— Create and automate processes to interact with the rest of the teams more efficiently
Take care of:
1. How do users first learn about the product?
2. How to teach a newcomer to use the product and (possibly gradually) discover new features?
3. How can users interact with the product at different times during the day?
4. What other things compete for the user’s attention?
5. How might users who have used the product for 1 month and 1 year differ?
6. How will we motivate the user to move to a higher level of trust in the product?
7. How will we create moments of delight?
8. How can the user share their experience with others? What is it like to solve support problems?
9. What experience will users have offline?
What We’re Looking For:
— 5 years of experience in designing digital products and systems;
— Understanding the differences in designing mobile and desktop interfaces;
— Communicative skills: structuring thoughts clearly and presenting them to the team;
— Ability to challenge engineers and product managers to ensure that the solution has the best possible user experience;
— Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, capable of driving design initiatives that align with business objectives and market needs;
— Advanced level in Figma.
What We Offer
— Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives;
— 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays;
— Comprehensive health insurance plans;
— Extensive Benefits program;
— Flexible work schedule and remote work options;
— Professional development and training opportunities;
— Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on;
— Diverse and friendly team;
— We are open-minded to new ideas.
