Mercuryo is looking for Merchant Analyst

Job tasks
— Produce merchant settlement statements on daily / weekly / monthly basis;
— Provide accurate settlement amounts to Treasury team and track payment;
— Produce and reconcile merchant roll forwards / ledgers — including fiat, crypto and pay-out balances;
— Deal with inbound merchant queries;
— Take ownership of all merchants for one entity and assist with merchants from a second entity;
— Liaise with Sales team regarding onboarding new merchants;
— Liaise with Antifraud regarding chargebacks;
— Work with merchant account (on acquirer side) to produce internal and external reports;
— Produce merchant analysis reports;
— Assist with month-end reports / close;
— Other adhoc tasks where required by Acquirer & Merchant Manager.

Requirements
— Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or AAT;
— Analytical mindset with high attention to detail;
— Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, indexmatch, pivot, power queries);
— Experience working with, reformatting and summarising mass amounts of data;
— Prior experience with merchants / acquirers / financial services preferred;
— Positive attitude and loves working in a team.
