Hapic Ltd is a startup EMI offering a payment solution service for SMEs, and it has ambitious plans domestically and internationally.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Compliance Officer & Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer (AMLRO) who will build an efficient AML Compliance Function from an early stage and be responsible or developing and executing a compliance strategy tied to the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.
Professional certifications in compliance and /or AML are highly desirable (CySEC, CAMS, etc.).
