Senior Product Manager
**
Paysonix is an international integrator and aggregator. We provide payment solutions for PSPs and online merchants who need to process online payments.
Responsibilities: ● Developing strategic vision and roadmaps for acquiring. ● Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for improving acquisition. ● Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to define priorities and functional requirements for acquisition. ● Managing the acquisition process in close cooperation with development, design, and testing teams to ensure successful integration and delivery. ● Conducting acceptance testing and gathering feedback to ensure usability and efficiency of acquiring. ● Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition and taking actions to improve user experience and customer satisfaction. ● Working with customer support to analyze feedback and translate it into improvements for the acquiring. ● Providing training and documentation to users on how to navigate acquisition functionalities and resolve potential issues. ● Collaborating closely with other product managers to ensure harmonious acquiring integration with other platform components.
Requirements: ● Deep understanding of the payment industry and acquiring. ● At least 3 years of experience in a product manager role, in the payment industry. ● Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ● Commitment to understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. ● Ability to understand user problems and translate their requirements into practical product improvements. ● English proficiency at B2 level.
