We are looking for a Community Manager to develop and grow our community.

▪️Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate of communities on Telegram, Discord and other social networks and various online platforms
- Interact with players (answering questions, communicating with the audience on social networks, technical support for users)
- Build direct relationships with players and influencers and be the face and voice of the product across various channels of communication
- Expand the community by actively enhancing visibility, implement strategies to boost loyalty and activity
- Prepare and oversee the creation of content for publication independently, develop relevant and engaging content for socials
- Prepare proposals for the development of social networks
- Monitor and analysis of trends in online community tools and applications, learn from the market and competitors
- Utilize community analytics to track performance, monitor key metrics for audience reach and engagement
- Collect and process player feedback

▪️Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in community management and social media within both Web3 space and gaming industry
- Strong understanding of crypto industry
- Passionate gamer with experience across various genres
- Highly organized with an ability to manage many projects and channels
- Full understanding of Discord and other platforms (Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Twitch) and experience managing a broad set of these
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- B2/C1 level English proficiency
