**SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD (.NET)
**
**TECHNICAL GOALS:
**
- Design and develop high-quality software systems to support a growing organisation.
- Propose technical and functional designs.
- Perform coding, unit testing, integration, and regression testing.
- Ensure that the work delivered is based on the defined standards.
- Considering continuous improvement and introducing new technologies.

**LEADERSHIP GOALS:
**
- Lead & mentor 2 senior .NET engineers and share knowledge through presentations and proven experience!
- Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members!


**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
**
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: C#/.NET Core, MS SQL Server, REST, Visual Studio!
- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
- You know the ins and outs of an Agile/SCRUM environment!
- Hands-on experience with clean code approaches, design patterns, and SOLID Principles.
- Familiarity with working with real-time or near real-time systems. Events driven.
- You know how to address and solve performance issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.


**LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
**
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
