Hey everyone!

Join B2Tech to lead the design and development of technical solutions that meet the needs of the company's sports betting platform.

Your job will be to work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and infrastructure teams, to create a cohesive and effective system.

**SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT TEAM LEAD

TECHNICAL GOALS:
**
- Develop and implement technical solutions that align with the company's goals and requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system diagrams, and other relevant materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's systems.
- Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams as needed.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and other technical meetings.


**LEADERSHIP GOALS:

- **Grow and lead the Architect team and share knowledge through presentations and proven experience!
- Provide technical leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members!

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports betting or online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles!
- Experience with a variety of programming languages. Expertise with C#/.Net Core will be an advantage, not a requirement.
- Familiarity with MongoDB OR other NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server and Redis.
- Experience with Angular OR React for the frontend will be an advantage.

**LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
**
- At least 1 year managing a team of Solution Architects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
