Being a mobile app developer, leader in media distribution and licensing, our company is seeking an experienced legal counsel (IP, Brand Protection) in Limassol.

Main duties imply:
- Work with IP-related contracts in Russian and English in media distribution and licensing, with distribution certificates and trademark registrations,
- Combat piracy and counterfeiting with external advisors,
- Facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
- Conduct legal research and provide general legal advice,
- Supervise the team of junior lawyers.

Main requirements include:
- Over 8-year post-qualification legal experience,
- Over 2 years in the field of intellectual property,
- Professional level of English and Russian,
- Good computer skills,
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment.
