Position: Lawyer (Licensing, IP)
Location: Limassol
Employment: fulltime, on-site

An international award-winning entertainment company is looking for an experienced IP & Licensing Lawyer to join our legal team in Cyprus. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the full lifecycle of licensing for media and merchandise across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, negotiate merchandise and media license agreements,
· Maintain seamless document flow with licensees and agents worldwide,
· Provide legal and regulatory analyses, conduct risk assessments, and offer general legal advice to support business activities.

What we expect:
· At least 5 years of total legal experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Licensing,
· Higher education, Degree in Law,
· Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) law,
· Must hold a valid Cyprus work permit,
· Advanced knowledge of English,
· Proficiency in MS Office.
