Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. Our dedicated software development department focuses on our internal products, allowing everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are plenty of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

Responsibilities
-Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
-Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
-Prepare reports for the management and team stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data (data visualization and reporting)
-Work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications
-Collaboration with management, product team and marketing team
-Requirements management and documentation
-Development lifecycle support

Skills & Knowledges
-Experience in scaling of Business Intelligence and Big Data systems (preferable in eCommerce), including but not limited to:
-integration into a unified database from various sources;
-data visualization (Tableau preferred / Power BI is a plus);
-data integrity verification;
-Hands-on experience with with data from advertising systems and web analytics systems, preferably Google Ads, Google Analytics,
-Bing (other systems, such as Yandex.Metrics / Yandex.Direct, also valid)
-Understanding of key eCommerce metrics
-Experience as Business Analyst in Software Development is a plus
-Knowledge of SalesForce
-Ability to prioritize and successfully work to deadlines.
-Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project and account outcomes.
-Must have the ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, be able to work autonomously and within a team environment.

Nice to have:
-Understanding of SEO fundamentals
-Working with mobile app analytics systems (e.g., Firebase, Appsflyer)
-SQL knowledge

Due to internal business process optimization and active product development, we are seeking a talented Project Manager. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please look at the list of qualifications below.

What will you do in this position?
-Improve the company project management methodology and processes.
-Various projects coordination based on company needs;
-Management of the project development team;
-Collecting, summarizing, and structuring the received information in the form of tasks in the task management system;
-Prioritization and distribution of tasks, control of task execution;
-Coordination of work throughout the development cycle;
-Interaction with external partners and service providers;
-Maintaining project documentation;
-Work in Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce systems.

Our ideal candidate:
-Experience of 3 years or more as a project manager (experience in a product company would be a plus);
-Experience in leading IT-focused projects;
-Experience leading a project from scratch to completion;
Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban agile development methodologies and processes;
-Skills and experience in planning, prioritization, resource and risk management, and leadership skills;
-Experience in project documentation;
-Experience in financial industry (would be a plus);
-Technical background (will be a big plus);
-English language (level B2 and above).
