- Experienced in optimizing billing processes, including chargeback and refund management, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Skilled in analyzing product metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving product enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering cross-functional teamwork.
