We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Traffic Market.

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus.
Employment: full-time, onsite.
Salary range: 1200-2000 EUR gross

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- EU work permit (spouse employee, TP)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility and stress management
- Strong communication skills for building partnerships with suppliers and partners
- Proficiency in English for business communication and correspondence
- Proficiency in Russian for team communication

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating of employee
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
- Organizing relocation/business trips for employees
- Assisting HR with onboarding new employees
- Supporting the Brand Manager with merchandise and event organization
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Supervising support staff (cleaners)
- Handling office administration tasks (purchases, repairs)
- Maintaining financial expense reports
