**What you will do:

⏺Provide comprehensive support to our clients (B2C) in chats throughout the entire proces
⏺Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries received through the website and Instagram
⏺Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner
⏺Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering personalized and client-oriented service
⏺Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration processes and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
