😎Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Communications Specialist or Creative Copywriter or SMM
-Proficiency in internal communications within the IT industry
Familiarity with Tone of Voice principles and their application will be a plus
-A talent for crafting impactful texts
-Ability to create engaging and well-structured longreads content
-Experience with design platforms such as Figma and Canva
-Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to improve corporate communications
-Stay up to date with trends and be inspired by best practices
-Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English

📌Your Responsibilities:
-Create and improve internal communications with a renewed tone of voice
-Communicating company values through various formats
-Crafting scripts for corporate videos
-Collaborating with designers to create visuals for internal and external communications
-Managing corporate communication channels in our tone of voice – from birthday greetings to news digests
-Analyzing existing communication channels and implementing new ideas for improvement
-Updating and structuring information on our corporate platforms
-Managing external social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and keeping our external website up to date.
