We're looking for a Talent Sourcer for technical and product roles.
⚡️Your future tasks:
- Identify and approach potential candidates using various sources
- Review resumes and profiles, and assess candidates' fit for technical roles
- Initiate contact with candidates, manage communications, and arrange and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Regularly review and improve sourcing strategies and techniques
- Participate in other HR projects
⚡️What we expect from candidate:
- 1.5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram) and search tools (e.g., Boolean search)
- Familiarity with programming languages and technologies (e.g., knowing the difference between Java and JavaScript)
- Experience with maintaining candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems
- Understanding the specifics of vacancies and requirements, asking the right questions
- Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts, establishing long-term relationships with talent
- Understanding tech market trends, experience in promoting and creating engaging job postings
⚡️Will be a plus:
- Ability to conduct HR interviews and screenings
- Familiarity with the fintech market and communities specific to certain technical fields
