The Role:
As our IT System Administrator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will span from providing end-user support to implementing robust network security measures. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as the first point of contact for end-user support, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.
✅ Proactively monitor operational support systems to identify and resolve service-affecting events before they impact our operations.
✅ Implement and maintain network security measures to safeguard our data, software, and hardware assets.
✅ Administer user accounts across various platforms, ensuring access rights are appropriately configured and managed.
✅ Identify opportunities to enhance systems and network configurations, making recommendations for improvement.
✅ Conduct regular tests of systems and backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
✅ Provide ongoing support for our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
✅ Assist in the documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures to ensure operational resilience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✅ Proficiency in English (B1-B2 minimum).
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience (minimum 1 year).
✅ Previous experience in system maintenance and administration is highly appreciated.

Desired Knowledge:
▶️ Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11, Linux (advantageous).
▶️ Administration of Active Directory and Google G Suite.
▶️ Virtualization: VMware ESXi.
▶️ Experience with Bloomberg and Swift software, collaborating with their support teams.
▶️ Understanding of network structures, network security, and configuring network devices (Cisco, HP, Huawei).
▶️ Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies (Shadow Copies, Veeam Backup).
▶️ Knowledge of VoIP technology (3CX, Grandstream).
▶️ Proficiency in monitoring tools like Zabbix.
▶️ Email systems: G Suite, Exchange.
▶️ Experience with server equipment is advantageous.
