Looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Recruitment Services who will develop and implement sales strategies, find new clients, establish long-term business relationships, and manage the entire sales process - from initial contact to successful completion.
Responsibilities:🔵 Actively search for and attract clients from the IT industry;
🔵 Understand client needs and select the most effective recruitment solutions;
🔵 Participate in negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close deals;
🔵 Establish long-term partnerships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:🔵 Experience of successful sales of recruitment services, preferably in the IT sector;
🔵 Deep understanding of the IT market and its features;
🔵 Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
🔵 Independence, determination, and high performance;
🔵 English language proficiency at a level sufficient for business communication;
🔵 Knowledge of another foreign language (including Serbian) as a plus.
