- Proven experience in talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience of using relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels.
- Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges.
High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability.
- English B2+


Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for various IT roles.
- Stay informed about IT industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Choosing the best sourcing and recruitment strategy for each position.
- Crafting good vacancy descriptions and personalised communication with candidates.
- Maintaining well-organized and relevant data about candidates in the ATS.
