OpiniQ Ltd, a leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across diverse business sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and experience IP Lawyer to join our team.

💥Responsibilities:

✅Providing comprehensive legal support and advice on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets
✅Drafting, reviewing, and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property
✅Assist in the registration, maintenance, and enforcement of intellectual property rights domestically and internationally
✅Handling intellectual property disputes, including cease and desist letters, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and infringement litigation

💥Requirements

✅Bachelor's degree in Law
✅Proven experience as an Intellectual Property Lawyer, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
✅Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations
✅Experience in drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements
✅Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
✅Fluency Russian and English will be must
