💥Responsibilities:

✅Providing legal expertise and supporting in matters related to IT, including but not limited to hosting registrations, acquisitions, and sales of technology companies.
✅Drafting, reviewing, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to IT operations and transactions.
✅Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the IT sector.
✅Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks associated with IT projects, transactions, and initiatives.

💥Requirements

✅Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
✅Proven experience as an IT Lawyer with a focus on hosting registrations, company acquisitions, and sales in the IT sector.
✅Strong knowledge of IT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
✅Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✅Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
✅Fluency Russian and English will be must

💥Responsibilities:

✅Interaction with current and seek potential SMS providers in various regions upon request.
✅Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms.
✅Collaboration with SMS providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided.
✅Preparing data for contracts.
✅Internal communication with various departments regarding SMS matters.
✅Complication various reports as requested by the manager.

💥Requirements

✅Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position.
✅Experience working with external providers.
✅Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers, Skype).
✅Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously.
✅Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
✅Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
✅Fluency Russian and English will be must
