* ASO whiz? ✨ You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our apps are discoverable goldmines.
* Partner program guru? Analyze effectiveness, report regularly, and optimize strategies to meet KPIs. Conversion rates and project PnL will be your playground.
* Stay ahead of the curve! Market trends are your playground, develop new campaign strategies, and brainstorm like a boss.
* Master of metrics? Assess traffic quality, campaign effectiveness, and continuously seek improvement based on data.
* Content maestro! ✍️ Craft compelling landing pages, tailor content, and collaborate with designers for stunning banners and promo materials.
* Data detective? ️‍♀️ Analyze data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact. ️‍

The Must-Haves:

* Proven experience in the GameDev industry (it's a must!) ️
* B2 level English proficiency - communication is key!
* Google Ads/Facebook Ads mastery - let's get those campaigns running! 🪄
* Data-driven decision making - test, scale, and win!
* ROI optimization and metrics mastery (CPI, CTR, ROI, LTV) - speak the language of success.

Responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team targets and objectives;
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the construction industry;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions;
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events;
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the placement process from initial contact through to onboarding;
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

From you:

• Experience as a Recruitment Team Lead;
• 3 years + of recruiting experience in-house/agency;
• Working knowledge of how Agency Recruitment works;
• Knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures for a Recruitment Team;
• Comprehensive recruitment experience and ability to hire a range of roles – Commercial, Tech, and Admin from junior level to C- C-level;
• Excellent sourcing and searching skills, as well as interviewing skills;
• Outstanding prioritization, time-management, and project-management skills;
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English.
