MeritKapital, a CySEC and FCA licensed investment business is seeking for an Office Manager to join its team in their Cyprus office in Limassol.
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the office and providing a friendly working environment for the team.
Day-to-day tasks:
▶️ Cleaning Maintenance: liaising with the cleaning company, expecting the facilities and ensuring cleanliness of all the premises, including common areas.
▶️ Office Supply: organizing the office layout and ordering stationery, food and equipment.
▶️ Vendor Coordination: liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
▶️ Technical support: coordinate with IT department on all office equipment. Ensuring all the equipment works properly.
▶️ Billing: ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
▶️ People: assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
▶️ Travel: address employees queries regarding business travel arrangements and visa support.
▶️ Events: plan in-house or off-site activities.
Requirements:
✅ Proven Experience in Office Maintenance (though we are ready to consider candidates without experience as well).
✅ Attention to details and ability to work independently, initiative.
✅ Strong communication skills.
✅ Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure and being able to multitask.
✅ Ability to keep focus and finish day-to-day tasks and bigger projects.
✅ Knowledge of English (B2). Knowledge of Greek or Russian would be a plus.
✅ Computer Literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
