We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our administrative processes, focusing on document management, archiving, and contract management.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient systems for the retrieval and storage of documents, ensuring easy access and organization.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of company archives, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely processing and execution of contracts.
• Monitor and control completed payments from contractors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Work with other teams to leverage technology for streamlining administrative processes and improving workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on document management and contract administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
• Experience with document management software and contract management systems is preferred.
