Responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of recruitment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team targets and objectives;
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the construction industry;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions;
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events;
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the placement process from initial contact through to onboarding;
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

From you:

• Experience as a Recruitment Team Lead;
• 3 years + of recruiting experience in-house/agency;
• Working knowledge of how Agency Recruitment works;
• Knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures for a Recruitment Team;
• Comprehensive recruitment experience and ability to hire a range of roles – Commercial, Tech, and Admin from junior level to C- C-level;
• Excellent sourcing and searching skills, as well as interviewing skills;
• Outstanding prioritization, time-management, and project-management skills;
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English.

• Serve as a business partner to assigned business units, understanding their HR needs and goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
• Provide consultative support to managers and leaders on HR matters, including compensation and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance management, and labor relations.
• Develop and implement HR programs and processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR professionals, and external partners.
• Track and analyze HR metrics, providing reports on progress and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a positive and engaged work environment.

From you:

• 3+ years of HR experience in a business partner or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English.
