Responsibility:
• Lead and manage a team of recruitment, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve team targets and objectives;
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the construction industry;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions;
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events;
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the placement process from initial contact through to onboarding;
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
From you:
• Experience as a Recruitment Team Lead;
• 3 years + of recruiting experience in-house/agency;
• Working knowledge of how Agency Recruitment works;
• Knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures for a Recruitment Team;
• Comprehensive recruitment experience and ability to hire a range of roles – Commercial, Tech, and Admin from junior level to C- C-level;
• Excellent sourcing and searching skills, as well as interviewing skills;
• Outstanding prioritization, time-management, and project-management skills;
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English.
