We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to lead our product development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing impactful ad campaigns on our network. By active media buying, you will enhance our understanding of the product, using your insights to identify opportunities for improving our ad network. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning our product offerings with market demands and customer expectations, ensuring our network’s continuous growth and success.

Responsibilities:
• Define optimisation strategies for existing partners;
• Thrive on increasing revenues for publishers;
• Generate new business by adding new strategic clients to the portfolio;
• Consistently aim to negotiate the highest advertiser payouts;
• Identify and exploit traffic trends using business intelligence and data mining;
• Understand partners needs and how the company can help them reach their goals;
• Customer relationship management and conflict resolution;
• Represent TrafficStars at international trade shows around the world.

Requirements:
• At least 2-year experience in digital marketing and media buying is required;
• Fluency in English. Any other language would be highly valued;
• Experience with CPA networks;
• Knowledge of the ad networks market;
• Experience with multiple verticals (i.e.webcam, dating, nutra, VOD, iGaming etc.);
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical and organizational skills.

We looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Team Leader to join our growing team and to assist towards the assessment and management of all functional-related security and compliance issues across our Ad Network.

Responsibilities:
• Checking content and landing pages for compliance with regulations and ad network policies.
• Checking publisher websites and new user accounts for adherence to network standards and requirements.
• Handling complaints from publishers and antivirus systems, analyzing violations, and taking appropriate measures to address them.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Anti Fraud, IT, legal, sales and finance to embed data protection into various business processes. Participate in weekly meetings with the team
• Conducting routine assessments to ensure adherence to data protection regulations.
• Forming and sending formal emails in case of disputes and complaints.
• Establish a process within the own team.

Requirements:
• Experience in Compliance/Support/Tech support, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Knowledge of advertising laws and regulations (will be a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for negotiations and work-related communication.
