IREV is a revolutionary performance marketing company for escalating partnerships and performance. IREV is seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead to oversee a skilled team dedicated to advancing the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a small QA team, ensuring effective testing strategies are implemented across all stages of software development.
• Develop and enhance QA processes and documentation to improve team efficiency and software reliability.
• Master and advocate for advanced testing tools and methodologies, including Postman, Charles, Jira, TestRail (Allure TestOps), and JMeter.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality-related issues.
• Analyze system specifications to determine precise quality requirements and ensure compliance.
• Design, develop, and oversee execution of test cases and plans to cover all necessary aspects of testing.
• Conduct hands-on testing, defect reporting, and monitoring of defect resolutions.
• Drive the creation and management of test data and environments, ensuring robust testing conditions.
• Champion the continuous improvement of testing practices to keep pace with fast-evolving technological advancements.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
•Proven leadership in managing QA teams with a strong track record of improving software quality.
•Exceptional analytical skills and a thorough understanding of QA methodologies.
•At least 1,5 years of experience in manual testing.
• Experience working in a CRM system is a great plus.
• Familiarity with postman/Postman, Charles, Jira, TestRail (Allure TestOps), and JMeter.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
