INEX company which operates in real estate development, producing structures for high-end residential and commercial projects, where quality construction meets inspired design and intelligence, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! If you're experienced in HR, knowledgeable about visa processes, and have strong skills in recruitment, onboarding and overall management of HR function, this role could be perfect for you.

**🔹Office Location: Paphos
🔹Company Size: ~90 employees **

As our sole HR person, you'll be the go-to for all HR functions, including:
🍍Recruiting talents and coordinating smooth onboarding processes.
🍍Managing employee records and handling time off requests in BambooHR IS.
🍍Administering employee benefits.
🍍Addressing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts.
🍍Ensuring compliance with employment laws and updating company policies.
🍍Coordinating visa applications and working with migration agents for our international team.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR with generalist responsibilities.
- Proficiency with HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent English speaker
- Additional language skills - Russian or Greek - will be an advantage
