We already have more than 30 offices in 8 countries. Key GEOs: Brazil, Latam, a number of CIS countries The company already has more than 3,500 employees.

Responsibilities:
- Development of internal corporate brand.
- Development of activities to support the company’s HR brand.
- Development of non-material employee incentive systems and engagement programs.
- Organization and coordination of corporate events, including team building, holidays and other activities.
- Maintaining communication channels to improve internal communication in the company.
- Active participation in congratulating employees on birthdays and other important events.

Requirements:
- Experience in HR, especially in the development of corporate culture.
- Skills in writing scripts for corporate events and organizing holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Flexibility in responding to changes and active participation in creating the work environment.

Working conditions:
- Shortened working day (7 hours).
-office work format.
- Flexible start of the working day (from 10 to 14).
- Employment according to GPC.
- Full provision of the necessary equipment for comfortable work upon request.
