Hello! We are the international advertising network TrafficStars. We are searching for a proactive and responsible Office Manager for our small, cozy office in the center of Limassol.
Responsibilities of our future teammate:
• Providing prompt support to the management and employees in administrative matters, including business trip arrangements and relocation (flights, accommodation and ground transportation);
• Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting;
• Maintaining the office conditions and arranging necessary repairs;
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
• Organize the office layout and order stationery;
• Handling petty cash, keeping records of invoices and receipts;
• Assisting the HR Manager with events organization.
Our expectations:
• Eligible to work in Cyprus;
• Excellent English and Russian languages in both written and verbal communication;
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work;
• Attention to details to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly;
• Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over tasks and resolving issues in a proactive manner;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to use own initiative;
• Presentable and well mannered.
