Position: User Acquisition Manager (Facebook/Tiktok)

Social Discovery Group is the world's largest group of social discovery companies which unites more than 50 brands. For more than 20 years, we have been creating premium international dating services and social discovery apps with a focus on video streaming, AI technologies, entertainment, and game mechanics. The products are already used by more than 500 million users in 150 countries around the world.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled User Acquisition Manager to work with our dating products.

Responsibilities:
- Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
- Project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creative.

Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in web and app promotion (with the main focus on web);
- Experience with international products (Tier-1/Asian markets will be huge advantage);
- Expertise in campaign optimization of by CPA, ROI;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
- English B2+;
- Managing budgets from $100k+/monthly.
