FxPro is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer, who will build their own team, develop new ML models and collaborate with the Dealing, Business Analysts and our BI Experts.
Responsibilities
* Develop ML models for trader profiling: analyzing trading strategies, volumes, preferences by country, etc.
* Update and optimize models for quality and performance, integrate models into operational systems
* Collect, clean, and transform data for models
* Monitor model performance and make improvements, ensure code is scalable and secure
Requirements
* Higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field
* Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
* Classification (logistic regression, SVM, random forests, gradient boosting)
* Clustering (K-means, hierarchical)
* Regression analysis (linear, multiple, criteria)
* Deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM for time series analysis)
* Natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and text data
Knowledge of tools and practices in MLOps:
* Containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
* Versioning of models and experiments (DVC, MLflow)
* Monitoring and logging of models in production to track their performance and respond to data drift (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
* Understanding of Feature Store for centralized feature management
Programming and data analysis skills
* Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy), visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
* SQL and NoSQL
* Knowledge of Spark or other big data packages would be an advantage
