We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager experienced in Customer Journey Management.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus.

You will:
* Identify and program scenarios for user segments with individual flow based on user behavior
* Improve existing client segmentation methods and communication channels; experiment with and evaluate new segments
* Develop a reporting system for tracking and analysing user behavior metrics
* Work with teams to drive the adoption of CRM products and identify opportunities
* Configure and oversee push notifications and emails for user communication
* Design engaging emails and push notifications, set up automated customer journey chains and evaluate CRM campaigns rigorously
* Plan and conduct A/B testing for various CRM campaigns to optimize messaging, timing, and content

We are looking for:
* 2+ years of hands-on data-driven CRM experience
* Intermediate knowledge of email marketing
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Structured monitoring experience
* HTML experience for email creation is an advantage
