We are experiencing significant growth and seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead the affiliate stream.

😎 For this position is important to have:
— 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming
— experience with Revenue Share, CPA and Hybrid models
— convincing presenting & public speaking skills
— analytical & data-driven approach
— experience with managing and hiring teams
— inspirational leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset
— tenacity to outperform the competitors
— desire to be always up to date on the latest trends & technologies, sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team
— at least B2 level of English.

⚡️ Your future responsibilities and challenges are:
— audit and improve the current affiliate strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
— plan the partner outreach, market positioning and branding
— design incentive plans to push strategic agenda in existing and new markets
— review the current revenue share, CPA and hybrid models and optimise it to meet the KPI's
— provide regular analysis and reports
— lead the team of skilled and motivated experts
— cross communication: work with other departments across the business to improve customer engagement, client offerings, and profitability
— participate in the events to attract new partners and improve a brand image
