**Data Scientist for AI Experimentation
Historica Foundation**

A diversified group in the EU seeks a Data Scientist to spearhead AI experimentation across various business units. This role focuses on the hands-on application of AI technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Research and Application: Conduct AI research and apply findings to real-world business scenarios. Develop and implement AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and generative networks.

2. Technical Expertise: Utilize AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Apply programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages. Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI models.

3. Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to integrate AI solutions into various domains, including education, finance, manufacturing, etc.

4. Knowledge Sharing: Communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the Group Board's Technology Committee by sharing insights and advancements in AI.

5. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and apply them practically. Engage in continuous learning and development in AI-related fields.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
2. Practical experience in AI research and development.
3. Competence in project management and coordination.
4. Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI/ML.
5. Experience with cloud technologies for AI model deployment.
6. Keen interest in the latest AI trends and practical application.
7. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
8. Experience in applying AI across various sectors.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Knowledge of ethical AI practices, data privacy standards, and AI governance.
11. Proficiency in English and Russian.

От вас ожидаем:
- Опыт QA в продуктовых компаниях от 3 лет
- Опыт работы в качестве ведущего/единственного тестировщика на проекте
- Опыт работы в небольших компаниях/стартапах
- Опыт тестирования web- и мобильных приложений (iOS и Android)
- Понимание клиент-серверной архитектуры
- Опыт использования Charles Proxy или других инструментов для отслеживания трафика
- Опыт работы с Postman или аналогичными инструментами
- Понимание методологии тестирования, тест-дизайна и умение применить на практике. Знание жизненного цикла ПО.
- Опыт ведения тестовой документации и понимание, когда какую документацию стоит использовать

Будет плюсом:
- Опыт тестирования приложений на Unity
- Опыт работы с автотестами в продуктах с мобильными приложениями

‼️As Lead UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. Together you'll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and final products. It will also be required to manage other remote employees and contractors and to guide them through the projects. You must be fluent in English & client communication as well as have the ability to assist with end-to-end UX design.

☄️What you need to do:

-Own and create all design deliverables for mobile games apps from discovery through delivery including but not limited to interaction design, visual design and prototyping;
-Collaborate with project managers, developers, game designers, and other project stakeholders to turn established creative concepts into production-ready assets;
-Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and strong attention to detail;
-Ensure the final design meets specs;
-Actively creating Figma design systems.

☄️What are we looking for:

-More than 3 years of commercial Interface Design experience;
-Strong knowledge of UI/UX (visual, interaction, information architecture). Ability to design mobile game interfaces from scratch;
-Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Experience with Unity is a plus;
-2D art and illustration skills;
-Ability to design concise and beautiful iconography;
-Organize and structure content and functionality to make it easy for users to interact with the game intuitively;
-Solid understanding of animation and effects for UI.
