Your Responsibilities:

- Conducting market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify best practices;
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new users;
- Developing and implementing cross-marketing and co-marketing strategies, as well as managing partnerships to expand audience reach;
- Preparing presentations and educational materials for users and partners;
- Engaging in copywriting and content creation;
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on the findings;
- Collaborating with the development and design team to create high-quality marketing materials;
- Working with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement;
- Managing traffic and optimizing advertising campaigns to improve user acquisition efficiency.

About You:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a marketing manager in a crypto related project; *Previous experience in a marketing agency will be considered an advantage.*

- Excellent writing and verbal skills in Russian and English are a MUST;
- Degree in marketing or related fields;
- You are energetic, have a passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, and wish to work in a rapidly changing and challenging industry;
- High degree of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:

- Moderation of our channels on Telegram, Twitter, and Discord;
- Stealth promotion of our projects and services on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, among others;
- Creating and maintaining chat activities, actively engaging with the community;
- Complete project moderation: responding to user queries, creating, and updating FAQs;
- Conducting research and analysis of the cryptocurrency market, monitoring the news landscape of crypto projects;
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage the community and increase user activity;
- Organizing and hosting online events, AMA sessions, webinars and contests to enhance community engagement.
