Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies for ecosystem products.
- Create attractive and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
- Simplify complex ideas and themes into simple language and create necessary content within tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay constantly updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in social media and digital marketing in the crypto and blockchain industry.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, influencers, and industry trends, and use this information to optimize social media strategies.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on social media, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor discussions and news related to the industry and actively participate in relevant discussions to position our company as a thought leader in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product creators, designers, and developers, to ensure uniform branding and visual identity across all social media channels.

About You:

- **More than 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in projects related to crypto, web3 is necessary.
- Excellent understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto space.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in Russian and English are a MUST.**
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing channels and tools.
- Solid knowledge of hashtags, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Must possess structured and systemic thinking.
- Relevant educational background in marketing or related fields.
