Auditing and consulting services company in the blockchain industry is looking for a BDM. Our team of experienced auditors has worked with some of the top DeFi protocols in the industry, including Lido Finance, Yearn Finance, Arrakis Finance, and 1inch Network Finance.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in sales and partnerships, closing deals, and maintaining robust relationships with our existing clients through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and reach capacity.
β Identify and secure new client relationships, focusing on blockchain and smart contract auditing.
β Manage and strengthen existing client partnerships, ensuring their needs are met with our security-focused solutions.
β Deliver product demonstrations, emphasizing our expertise in smart contract security.
β Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
β Negotiate contracts, balancing profitability and client value.
β Stay informed on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
β Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
β Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in blockchain or related sectors.
β General understanding of smart contract auditing and its place in the projectdevelopment cycle.
β Strong communication and presentation skills.
β Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
β Excellent organizational skills; adept in both team and independent work.
β Drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
β Availability to travel for industry events and client meetings.
