Partnership Manager (Gomining, www.gmt.io)

Looking for a proactive and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our growing mining company. This pivotal role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with Web3 projects (applications, wallets, dApps, etc.) and securing listings of our token on leading cryptocurrency exchanges, contributing to our company's ongoing growth and success.
Main responsibilities:
✅️Identify and establish partnerships with Web3 projects and platforms to expand our network and enhance our presence within the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.

✅️Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to finalizing agreements and collaboration structures, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships.

✅️Develop and implement a comprehensive partner engagement strategy to build strong, sustainable relationships and maximize the impact of our partnerships.

✅️Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and technical departments, to align partnership initiatives with business goals and technical integration requirements.

✅️Research and identify opportunities for token listings on leading cryptocurrency exchanges, managing the application process and maintaining relationships with exchange partners.
Requirements:
✅️Proven experience in partnerships or business development within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 space, with a strong network of industry contacts.

✅️Demonstrated success in securing strategic partnerships and executing high-impact joint initiatives within the blockchain or crypto space.

✅️Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex partnership proposals and foster collaboration with external stakeholders.

✅️In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and token listing processes, as well as a track record of successful token listings.
