We are looking for a Head of Deployment and Release Management Department to join our BRO team.

✅ Main Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive deployment strategies to enhance software release processes.
Release Management: Create and oversee release management flows, aligning them with company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to manage and coordinate releases.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployment and release activities.
Process Improvement: Implement best practices, including automation, and conduct post-release reviews for continuous improvement.


✅ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
At least three years of experience in software development, deployment, and release management;
Proven track record of managing complex software releases and deployments;
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps practices, and automation tools;
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills;
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Technical Skills:
Deployment and Release Management: In-depth knowledge of deployment strategies, release management processes, and CI/CD principles.
Software Development: Experience in software development with an understanding of coding practices and methodologies;
Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in automation tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting languages (Python, Bash).

✔️ Soft Skills:
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop a high-performing team;
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder management;
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently;
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
